Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Saturday. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to inter alia: bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.
Once dispatched, orders may take 3-6 business days for the delivery of an order. To North East States and Jammu & Kashmir it may take up to 9 business days.
If a User wishes to get delivery to different addresses, then the User shall be required to purchase the Products under separate transactions and provide separate delivery addresses for each transaction, as may be required. The User agrees that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by the User.
Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery, as such orders will not be accepted if returned.
The logistics partner supported by earthenconnect.com will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the User is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, the respective Seller reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion. If the order returns to our warehouse, the order amount excluding the delivery and COD charges (if applicable) will be credited to the Customer's Coupon code, after which the customer can place a fresh order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- Minimum Order Value: ₹100
- Maximum Order Value: ₹15,000
- COD Charge: ₹100
- Shipping Charge: ₹50
- To avail COD service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD.
- The shipping charge of ₹50 can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order-related emails.
- COD is applicable on a minimum sale value of ₹100 and a maximum of ₹15,000 only.
- The pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be within the serviceable area. If not, an online payment mode must be used.
- You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
- If the product packaging is open, do not accept the order.
- COD orders, once dispatched, cannot be cancelled by the customer.
- No credit/debit cards are accepted for Cash on Delivery.
Cash Back & Promo Codes / Coupons
- Cash back promo codes may not be applicable for all products on the website.
- Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited validity period; once expired, validity cannot be extended.
- Two offers cannot be clubbed together using a single Promo Code.
- Earthen Connect Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any promotional 'Promo Code' and the transactions in which it is used. (This does not apply to Cash Back promo codes.)
- Cash back and Promo Code coupons cannot be clubbed together to avail an offer at earthenconnect.com. This means that if a Promo Code is used in an offer, Cash Back cannot be generated.
- The Cash Back amount is subject to change at the sole discretion of earthenconnect.com.
