But in case you do not like the fit or you received a damaged product, simply exchange the product for a coupon code/credit balance within 7 days of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping and COD costs) will be credited to the coupon code.

Exchange can be availed only once per order. So, please refer to the size guide provided with the product.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Pick up service is available for certain pin codes. If Pick up Service is not available for a certain Pin Code, Customer is requested to self ship the Product to us. For all self shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. The costs for the return will be borne by the customer. Ensure that the return address given to you by our Team is securely pasted on the returns box.

Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and unwashed, returned within 7 days.

All returned items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse return.

Please try clothing articles with the tags on to check sizes. If you are happy with the product you can remove the tags.

Please try shoes at home or on a carpeted surface.

Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back at customer’s expense(Amount charged by the Courier Company). No amount will be reimbursed to the customer in this case.

What we need from you to investigate a damaged order :

– Parcel unboxing video ( No claims will be entertained without a parcel unboxing video)

– Send pictures(Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the User) of the products received along with packaging at

In you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised. No Return/Exchange requests will be entertained post 48 hours of delivery of the order. Shipping charges, if any (a maximum of amount of Rs 100) will be added to the Credit Note.

Please note that if we do not receive full information from you, we will not process a return from our end. We do not accept any couriers that we are not already expecting to arrive. Please mention your name/order number on the package such that it is easily visible, we are not responsible for the return of the parcel if we cannot locate its origin or order number.

If any order placed using a credit code cannot be fulfilled by Earthen Connect Pvt. Ltd., we will reissue the credit code. No refund will be made for any order.

There will be additional logistics charges fulfilling the exchange which can be viewed while placing the exchange order using the credit note.

Sale of all discounted items is FINAL. No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted on discounted/sale products.

Made to order – product orders cannot be cancelled once we start processing them. No Refund will be made in such cases. If such an order is delayed from our end due to unforeseen circumstances, a credit note will be issued to the customer. No refund will be made.
